1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to:

  • Advisory firms and their personnel who register for and use the Services ("Firm Users").
  • Visitors to our website at koravi.ai.
  • End-client data that Firm Users upload or input into the platform ("Firm Client Data"), which Koravi processes on behalf of the Firm.

If you are an end client of an advisory firm that uses Koravi, please direct privacy questions to that firm, which controls your data. Koravi processes such data only under the firm's instructions.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. Account registration details (name, email, firm name, role), billing and payment information, communications you send us, and any information you choose to provide when booking a demo or contacting us.

Firm Client Data. Information that Firm Users upload or enter about their own clients, which may include client names, entity and structure details, assets, documents, deadlines, and related records. Koravi processes this data solely to provide the Services to the Firm.

Automatically collected information. Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services, collected through standard logging and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Run the platform's automated analysis on Firm Client Data to surface findings, deadlines, and opportunities for the Firm;
  • Authenticate users and secure the Services;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Communicate with Firm Users about the Services, including service updates and support;
  • Respond to inquiries and demo requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not contact a Firm's end clients, and we do not use Firm Client Data for any purpose other than providing the Services to that Firm.

4. Automated Processing

The Services include automated analysis that scans Firm Client Data to detect patterns and surface findings for the Firm's review. These findings are advisory-facing suggestions only. Koravi does not make decisions on behalf of any end client, does not provide legal or tax advice, and does not take action without the Firm's review and approval.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, and AI/large-language-model processing), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • Professional advisors (such as our own auditors and lawyers) where necessary;
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

Koravi operates across multiple jurisdictions. Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Firm Users may export or request deletion of their data, including Firm Client Data, at any time. When a Firm ends its relationship with Koravi, we will return or delete Firm Client Data in accordance with our agreement with the Firm and applicable law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the EU/EEA and Spain under the GDPR, and various LATAM data-protection laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. If your data was provided to Koravi by an advisory firm, we will refer your request to that firm as the controller.

10. Your Data Ownership

Firm Client Data belongs to the Firm. The Firm's data is exportable in full at any time, and Koravi does not claim ownership of it. Koravi operates under the Firm's brand and does not present itself to the Firm's end clients.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for professional use by advisory firms and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means.
